A test of Loyalty

by Magwarrior

A Dark wind blew and I was called upon to show my loyalty I was told by the Turamarth to march into the Castle of the Knights of Dol Amroth and explain what future avaits them - They will be engulfed by the Blue Flame!

I quickly nodded at the opportunity to show my loyalty to the Clan and this was as best out of them all. I quickly hurried and suited myself up for any battle that might happen as I am in there and set off.

When I arrived at the castle I was amazed at what they had built but also disgusted by how it was made for a purpose other then Amarthatar. I came to their gates and noticed they would not let me in so I ran around to the side of the castle where the guards could not see me. Quickly I yelled out ( hoping this would work )" Hurry I just received a letter from the Prince and it says that we must hurry some of our forces to Minas Tirith." To my surprise it had worked and the knights that I could see at the top of the castle were running about like chickens who had gotten their heads chopped off buy a swift blade. As soon as I had thought of that the gate slammed open and a large battalion of them came out on horses and were galloping towards Minas Tirith. Before they could shut the gates I quickly jumped in and felt the wind from the gates closing go up my back I quickly ran past the guards as they were finishing closing the gate. It is funny that they didn't notice me and I guess Amarthatar was looking upon me as I did so. I quickly ran running past guards and other people some citizens of this place others just here to sell something to the soldiers.

I made it to their banner when I saw their banner and a guard watching it like a hawk. He hadn't noticed me yet so I came up behind him and slipped my blade into his back as I screamed aloud " Death by the Blue Flame of Amarthatar to you Infidel". My eorling instincts were raging as I sliced my blade through the infidel and also through the pole of their hideous banner. I chuckled a little and then saw several more knights running towards me. I sliced and slashed at them noticing some backing off a little for they had seen something way more powerful then I. I stopped and looked behind me it was a humongous blue fireball heading towards the castle I quickly handed the note I was supposed to leave to one of the higher ranking guards that were still frozen in fear by the huge blue fireball heading this way. I quickly ran past some of the citizens. I had felt good because I had killed a few of the infidels with my own hand but I was also running for I knew that fireball could take out 20 to 30 of their best knights easily. I finally made it to the gate and noticed it was closed so I fought one of the guards for the key to the gate house and quickly chopped the rope holding the gates closed.

The gates fell with a thud and I ran out. I ran a good distance until I thought I was safe and then turned around. The fireball had token out one of their guard towers and a good bit of the armoury. I chuckled a little and then headed off to tell the Turamarth about what happened. Then I looked to my right and saw the little blue wizard. I had froze then I relaxed and looked up at him and noticed it was Arnie and I knew what had happened. They thought of me as worthy of their respect.
